Our stage craft and musicianship has been perfected with years of practice, practice and more practice! Many of the band studied jazz at the UK leading Leeds College of Music jazz course. Thereafter we have honed our skills on stages across the UK and further afield. We bring you authentic jazz that wouldn’t be out of place at any jazz venue….we know because we have played at most of them! Whether you like the melodies of Frank and Dean or the rhythm of Benny Goodman our band offers a full and authentic Big Band experience. If you’re after a swing band wedding then these guys will fit the bill!

We were blown away

Marcus and the team at Frankly Jazz were absolutely fantastic! You guys helped make our 1920’s themed wedding so special. We were blown away by the quality and showmanship of the band, and can’t thank you enough for performing on our wedding day! From one drummer to another, the drum solo was brilliant! If you’re looking to hire a band for a wedding or for any other type of event, I can fully recommend these guys you will not be disappointed.

an incredible performance

Frankly Jazz played at our wedding in October 2022 and they were absolutely outstanding! They played two incredible sets during the night including our first dance which was really special. So many of our guests have commented on how brilliant they were and how they wouldn't normally be on the dance floor but with this band they just couldn't resist. They put on an incredible performance with loads of energy from start to finish! They were professional, engaging and so slick.
