DJ Scott Dewing

Booked Scott after seeing him in action at a mates wedding last year. Unfortunately our wedding is not proceeding as planned due to COVID19 but Scott has been brilliant the whole way through. Easy to contact, always kept us up to speed with things via Whatsap and has even been kind enough to refund our deposit fully until we are able to lock in a future date! 10/10 Would definitely recommend and will be booking again as and when weddings get back to some degree of normality👍

Scott was booked for my Wedding this year and I was so pleased with this choice. Unfortunately the big day has been postponed twice and sadly this time around, Scott will be unavailable on the day- I was gutted, but during this stressful time, Scott has been so lovey. He recommended another trusted DJ to take the job in his place and said I was entitled to a full refund for the deposit, which he didn’t have to do. If anyone is having a difficult time with moving dates for events right now, please know that Scott is extremely helpful and considerate. Scott was brilliant at our Wedding. He was really patient with all of our requests! Our guests loved him and the music he chose was perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure our night was amazing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for Wedding entertainment.

Scott DJ'd my wedding in October this year (2019). We had a very good chat on the phone a few months before, exchanged our playlist and had a discussion on how the day would work and what we were looking for, which was great. He turned up on time, the setup looked great and he was very smartly dressed. Always good to get the simple stuff right! The important bit, the music, was great all night! Scott really mixed it up, staying within what we wanted, but always kept the crowd happy and the dancefloor full. We had a whole bunch of feedback from guests saying how good he was, so I can't say thank you enough for really making our day that extra bit special.

Scott is brilliant and I really recommend him for any event you need a DJ for! Scott came to DJ for our Wedding blessing reception and was very friendly, great communication beforehand and totally read the audience to play all the right music!

Excellent DJ. Seen Scott at various party's, functions and club venues over the years. Scott was my no.1 choice for my wedding DJ when I got married in 2009 and he did a fantastic job. Fast forward nearly 10 years and Scott's obvious experience shines through.

Honestly couldn’t recommend Scott enough to dj for parties, weddings, engagements etc, recommended him for a close friends wedding and he smashed the dance floor with hits from the old times to recent hits today, not one bum on a seat! Cannot wait for him to play at my wedding! And he always plays my requests when asked not that I need to ask as he always remembers x

My husband and I approached Scott to DJ for our wedding August 2017, I've always loved his music choices as he's been a DJ in Colchester town for years! He plays a huge variety, from the golden oldies through to most current out there! Will always end a night out in town with his mixes! He was brilliant at our wedding and brought his set up of lighting and equipment, very professional and accommodating through the whole process, thanks again DJ Scott Dewing!
