Don't leave hiring the DJ to the last minute. They are a big part of your special day too and you don't want to be left with no choice about who to book.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First of all it's all about seeing if you're the right 'fit' for each other. If you have the same outlook for the Wedding reception then next it's good to discuss the couples musical likes (and dislikes) as well as the guests. Naturally this can continues after the booking has been made.
What makes a romantic first dance?
Creating the right atmosphere in the room amongst the guests - this means getting the lighting right so it's not too bright and introducing the dance by getting the guests excited that they're about to see the Bride & Groom's first dance as a married couple.
What is your number one floor-filler?
Abba - Dancing Queen. Yes some people hate it but a lot of people love it. I've played it at Weddings but I've also been requested to play it at 21st's!
