“With the dust finally settled from our wedding day, just a quick post we wanted to share for Ed Steelefox. We were so nervous about our music plans before our wedding as we knew it was going to be so important. We wanted our wedding to be personal and meaningful for us and didn’t think we would find anyone we would feel comfortable working with. I met Ed at a local wedding fair and when he appeared excited at my mention of a ‘heavy playlist’ I was very happy. We met with Ed quite some time before our wedding day to discuss our plans for a wedding playlist that wasn’t going to be the typical music you’d hear at a wedding. It was such a pleasure to talk to him about music, he was so enthusiastic to listen to our ideas and plans and we immediately knew we were in safe hands. His varied knowledge of music and genres is fantastic! It was clear he was passionate about his work from the very start and would make every effort to make our evening perfect. We provided a list of artists and songs that we knew we wanted to be played on the night as well as passing on some thoughts around more conventional tracks. Ed worked all of this into the playlist comfortably The wedding day rolled around and the playlist Ed put together was absolutely incredible! Not only did he include all of the songs we asked for but the mix itself was fantastic, there was never a moment where nobody wasn’t on the dance floor. Which is an achievement in itself considering our genres spanned from prog rock to the heavier side of metal. It all flowed together seamlessly. Ed was so enthusiastic on stage, clearly so passionate about music and his energy definitely brought out the moves in even the biggest anti dancers. People commented they found it hard to leave the dance floor because tune after tune kept coming. We’d highly recommend Ed without hesitation if anyone was in need of a DJ, were so happy and grateful for everything he did for us on the wedding day, truly a party we’ll never forget!”

The song selection was great, Ed read the crowd and gave them exactly the music they needed to dance the night away. Ed kindly mixed my two favourite songs at short notice and created a first dance that was both romantic and fun resulting in all the guests on the dance floor singing their hearts out.
