Make contact via Bridebook to enquire about availability. Once that is confirmed further emails/phone calls can be made prior to the main event regarding timings or requests. If the client is happy to confirm the booking, a brief contract is sent to the client just to confirm the agreed details. Further communications can be made in the lead up to the event to confirm finer details.

We play fairly relaxed dinner jazz and so our music isn't really meant for dancing - more like background music for a drinks reception or a meal. However, when we play 'Sway', it usually results in someone throwing a few shapes :)
