Diamonds Roadshow Disco

Mainly covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and other locations within a 40 mile / 1 hour drive approx. of Letchworth Garden City though will travel further depending on the location of the event. Operational Music Collection of 20000+ songs from the 1910's to current date. Bookings: All bookings are confirmed on booking contracts and are sent with a prepaid addressed envelope to aid return. Music: A list of the music required can be emailed or posted prior to the date of the event, where if given sufficient time an attempt will be made to locate all songs specified. Clients can also bring their own music on cd's or USB memory sticks which will be returned at the end of the event. Public Liability: As a member of the Alliance of Mobile & Party Dj's the disco is covered for public liability and a copy of the certificate can be provided on request. Risk Assessment: A generic risk assessment has been created to cover various events and a copy of this can be provided on request. Meetings: If requested I am happy to visit clients to discuss any matters in respect of the event, this includes visiting the venue to discuss set up arrangements. PAT Testing: All equipment is annually tested, a copy of the certificate can be provided on request.
