Consisting of professional musicians who have performed all over the country, Candy Beats will make sure your event will be unforgettable. You can choose from a variety of options with our professional and easy going band leader. If you like an acoustic set up, perfect for your drinks reception, then we are the right place to go. Our two lead singers will provide outstanding vocals whatever the setlist. If you need a high energy band to get your guests on the dancefloor then look no further, our amazing band performs to the highest standard and will get absolutely everyone dancing. We are very open to song request and want to make sure any dealings with our band are hassle free! Our setlist ranges from 80's, rock, soul and motown to classic pop and current songs!

We hired candy Beats for our work Christmas function. The whole process from initial phone call to the end of what can only called an amazing show was absolutely seamless. Georgia and the Candy Beats listened to our ideas requirements and we had a wide mixture of music tastes and what I thought would be challenging was delivered with ease. They had all our guests on the dance floor and their interaction was superb! They exceeded our expectations by far and we will definitely use them again!!!

What is your most memorable wedding?

To be honest, they are all special to me! I cry a tear of joy every time the bride and groom go on the dance floor for their first dance. I obviously have to sing through my tears of happiness for them haha so can't be sobbing. I think it's so beautiful that we get to be a part of such special moments in people's lives. Sounds cheesy maybe, but true!

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Fun, energetic, fresh, upbeat, professional.

What about your business are you most proud of?

I am quite proud of our sound and we all get on as friends and always have a laugh, so that's pretty cool!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Have a backup plan for the things you can't entirely control I guess since nothing every goes 100 percent to plan!

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I always encourage the bride or the groom to have a phone call with me as then we can go through everything. An initial email is great so I can see what all the concerns or questions are. Once all the questions are out the way and everyone is happy we see them on the day and just make sure it's all ready to go so that there is nothing to worry about for the couple on the night.

What is your number one floor-filler?

Always changes depending on the crowd!

Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?

That's a hard one! Stevie Wonder or Whitney Houston's band would've been awesome but that is entirely my personal taste and doesn't reflect the band overall. :)

What is the soundtrack to your life?

I'm a hopeless romantic so any power ballad I'm all over it like 'Think twice'- Celine Dion!
