As experienced, professional string quartet players in the North East of England, our love of music is at the heart of what we do. We have an enviable reputation for reliability, friendliness and customer service.
We offer String Duo or String Quartet and both groups have a very wide ranging repertoire. Lots of Bridgerton, Disney, Taylor Swift, Abba, Queen, Elton John and much more. Pink Pony Club, We Found Love, Beautiful Crazy and Wildest Dreams are just some of the amazing pieces we perform.
We want to add that extra special touch to your wedding so you get the perfect vibe and atmosphere. We've been described as 'the icing on the cake'.

What is your most memorable wedding?
Different weddings stay with you for different reasons. We've played at weddings with owls, monkeys and dogs bringing rings in. We've accompanied guests singing or playing an instrument and we've helped create themed weddings such as Disney or Harry Potter. Some ceremonies are real tear jerkers and others are full of laughter. We can remember so many for such a range of reasons that it's impossible to choose.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Our range of music is second to none. Whether you want to walk in to the Jurassic theme tune or would prefer a more 'Bridgerton'esque style we have the music to match.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't be shy. Talk to us about the exact music you'd like. If you haven't got a clue just let us know as we've got loads of guidance and tips.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We love the personalised promises couples make to each other. They are really heartfelt and you can tell that some couples have spent ages thinking about how the other half has impacted on their life and how they compliment each other's personalities. The music they choose for the ceremony is often linked to this in someway and adds to the very special moment they are making.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
It's fantastic to hear from couples planning their wedding so we promptly reply to any enquiries. Couples can ask as many questions as they want because it gives us a chance to show all the services we provide. We have packages to suit every part of the day. We ask for a completed booking form and the deposit amount and then we send lots of details confirming the booking with information about how many songs they'll need to choose and when we'd like everything finalised. We'll keep in touch with them in the months in between booking and their big day just to check everything is going smoothly and then 6 weeks before hand we get in touch to finalise everything. After that - we turn up (early and in good time) and perform.
What makes a romantic first dance?
Something that's special to that couple. Everyone is different and it's great to see couples stamping their own personalities on their day.
What is your number one floor-filler?
We're not usually booked for the band/disco end of the day but our most popular piece for the ceremony is Can't Help Falling In Love.
Which band from the past would you most like to have been part of?
We have such a wide range of tastes from classical to rock that it's impossible to choose but Queen rates very highly.
What is the soundtrack to your life?
Again many different soundtracks come to mind but Disney covers most bases.
