Playing the piano at a wedding at Walcot Hall in Shropshire was a particular favourite as it was one of the first weddings that I had performed at, the setting was so romantic in the countryside with all the horses, the venue was so beautiful, the piano was so gorgeous to play on and the guests were so friendly, I had a wonderful time!
Friendly, approachable, fun, professional, passionate.
I am most proud of the lovely, kind reviews and testimonials that I have received over the years of playing the piano and violin at weddings.
Relax, enjoy, and make a list that you can tick off as you go along! I love lists!
Making the couple a personalised CD of their music from the day, including a photo of them on the front cover.
Discussing their requirements including how long they would like me to play for, any particular songs or tracks they would like, asking them if they would like me to send some audio clips of their favourite songs before booking, then if they would like to meet up and discuss their wedding music in person if this is possible.
Dancing to a song or track that means something special to the couple that they will remember for a lifetime.
Anything by ABBA!
Definitely The Beatles! Their music is so amazing but also they wrote such a variety of songs; some which are very emotional but also songs that are great to dance to!
I love Beethoven's music so much, he is my favourite composer. His music is dramatic, beautiful, and it is so exciting so I would say definitely Beethoven's music would be the soundtrack to my life because it inspires me so much but also I definitely relate to Ed Sheeran's music and song lyrics so he would have to be included too!
