Celebrations with Alan Marshall

Alan was Master of Ceremonies and DJ at our New Year's Eve wedding and was absolutely fantastic! Our wedding would not have been the same without him. His DJ Set was brilliant and really got the party going. However, not only did Alan and his son ensure that the day ran smoothly, but his support and advice throughout our wedding planning process was invaluable. If we were to do it all again, one of the first things I would do is hire Alan, and I'd recommend anyone else planning a wedding to do the same. Not only will you end up with a brilliant DJ and MC, but you will have someone that can help guide you through the process and put together a great wedding!

Me and Gemma Mansfield Recently had Celebrations with Alan Marshall provide our evening music and entertainment at our Wedding and couldn't recommend them highly enough. From the beginning of the process Alan has been extremely easy to work with, and provided amazing advice and guidance that have clearly been developed over many years within the industry. When it came down to the day, Alan was almost immediately set up, without any impact to our wedding breakfast, and before we knew it our evening was rocking away. With a mixed age group, and music tastes, Alan navigated this ensuring that everyone had a great time and also a memorable evening. Thank you for providing such a reassuring presence and a great evening for us!

Alan made our day unforgettable, we are so overwhelmed with how amazing the day went. It was the best day of our lives! And we cannot thank Alan enough. Just knowing Alan was at the venue in the morning making sure everything was ready. He was like a guardian angel looking over us the entire day. The day was faultless the music, the love story, the shoe game, arranging for my husband to serenade me, to getting everyone up dancing. It was all like a dream.

Natalie and I got married back in August this year and chose Alan to be our Master of Ceremonies and DJ. It was a decision we did not regret at all! Many of our guests complimented how professional and nice he was throughout the day, which was great to hear. The day was perfect and ran so smoothly; we did not worry about a thing, which is all you can ask for from a Mater of Ceremonies! Alan also had contacts in other related services such as dance floors, photo booths etc which was very handy when organising such an important event. Dear Alan, The role you played in the Wedding last Saturday was exceptional. You ensured that everything ran so smoothly and I had nothing but compliments from the Guests about the Master of Ceremonies! Your skills as a DJ are second to none, as there wasn't a moment when the dance floor wasn't in full swing. Alan, I wanted to drop you a note to say how much we appreciate everything that you have done for us in the run-up​ to and on our wedding day. The way you led us through the planning, and dealt with our last minute problems and anxieties about the day, I felt so reassured and it all went so smoothly. It was also wonderful in the evening just to relax and have a good time without worrying about what was happening next or what time it was. It is all a bit of a blur and really did go so fast but we had a fantastic time. People have told me how much they enjoyed the day and looking at the first of Nisha's photos all I see is happy faces. Before the day we had started telling people how much we appreciated your help and that everyone needed an Alan in the run-up​ to their wedding, and on the day they saw why. We would have been completely lost without you. If we ever again decide to throw a massive party I'll be calling you first! Rachel

The selfie Wizard was wonderful, lovely photos, get to encourage the guests to feel even more part of a fantastic day. We can not thank Alan enough for helping to create a wonderful day, he certainly made Kyrstie and Liam's reception very special for them, nothing is too much trouble for him and his attention to detail is great. He even managed to accommodate extra requests that were given to him in a​ couple of days leading up to the reception. I would recommend Alan to any couple who are planning their wedding.
