Our family business has now been established for over 33+ years now, firmly basing ourselves initially in Bridge of Weir for 21 years. In 2011 we moved to a larger premises on Collier Street, Johnstone where we are currently based till this date.
Since starting business in 1989 we have been providing Highland dress wear for all types of functions, from Weddings to proms to First Communions. To our absolute delight we have not only catered for our surroundings areas, but have catered customers from Bridge of Weir to Australia.
Our aim at Henderson Kilts is not only to provide you with the highest quality highland wear but in fact to be apart of your special day, to ensure the highest service is given from when you step into the shop until and beyond your special occasion.

Our most memorable wedding was catering for a local Olympian’s wedding. It was an honour to be part of such a special day, filled with joy, pride, and community spirit. Helping to serve and celebrate alongside everyone made it truly unforgettable.

Our typical process with a couple is very personal and bespoke. We begin by welcoming them in and taking time to understand their vision. From there, we offer tailored guidance and attentive service to make sure every detail is just right. Throughout the journey, we remain reliable and supportive, ensuring they feel confident and cared for from start to finish.
