Southern Events helped us make our dreams come true for our wedding last July. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were so helpful and went “that extra mile”. The marquee was INCREDIBLE, team was super friendly and helpful for those typical last minute panics. Don’t think twice, they are the people for the job 🥂🍾

We used Southern events for our wedding. They are responsive, organised and worked tirelessly to install the marquee, carpet, flooring etc. - really couldn't recommend them enough for a large event. They also recommended caterers and decoration hire companies who worked together with Southern events to make the setup for our wedding very smooth. Thank you Katie and the team!

We hired Southern Events for my Granddaughters wedding and I would recommend them to anyone. They were prompt with both assembly and removal of the marquee. There was a small issue with the measurements but the they overcame this quickly. The team were friendly and efficient and left my garden spotless. Thank you so much.

I can`t recommend Katie and the team at Southern Events enough - they are amazing! We used Southern Events for our wedding in June 2019 and they were so helpful throughout the entire process, it really made the planning and build-up a lot easier. We had so many compliments on the marquee and the food from our guests, it really made the day. Katie was our main point of contact and she was fantastic - very patient in answering all my emails and questions, and very accommodating of the little touches we wanted to add to make the day run as we wanted it to. We felt very fortunate to be able to ask her advice on a range of issues, and she was always happy to give her opinion based on her experience of other weddings and large events. The day itself was better than we could have hoped for and this was due, in large part, to Katie and her team making sure everything ran smoothly in the background.

Katie is fabulous!!! So helpful, accommodating and just generally knows how to organise an event to high standards. Had nothing but compliments about our wedding day food!!

When we first planned to stage this style of wedding, it seemed quite daunting as there were so many elements to arrange. Southern Events put us at ease immediately. They could supply everything, from marquee, to toilets, power, stage for band and even an outside bar. Throughout the whole build up they were so friendly and accommodating to additional requests…it really felt like they cared we had the day we anted. And on the day they were superb. Everyone enjoyed the food… and Tom, Hannah and the team helped make everything flow seamlessly. For everything they did they were also very reasonably priced and we never felt they were doing what many companies so when they hear the word ‘wedding’ and adding a zero to the end of every cost. We couldn’t recommend Southern Events highly enough and would like to say a massive thank you for helping to make our dream wedding a reality.

Big thank you to Southern Events who put up our beautiful marquee at Udimore Hall in Rye for our special day. They were amazing from start to finish and it looked stunning on the day. We got lots of compliments on it.

The marquee was just beautiful, and my vision really came to life with the clear sides, and the hessian lining! The whole thing looked AMAZING and everyone commented they`d never seen a marquee like this before, plus all the extras like helping to hang the stars and lights.
