Do you include the furniture?
Yes we have a variety of chair and table types for you to choose from.
How will I know what size marquee I need?
If you provide us with your approximate guest numbers and anything else you would like inside the marquee, for example a dance floor, a bar or a cake table. We can help you calculate what size will be best.
Will the marquee fit the space we have?
Our framed clear span marquees are modular therefore we have widths available in 3m,6m,9m &12m. From there you can go as long as you need in 3m quantities for example 9m x 3m, 9m x 6m, 9m x 9m, 9m x 12m, 9m x 15m, 9m x 18m, 9m x 21m and so on
How do we reserve a booking
Once we have had a chat about your requirements and you have the basics of what you will need. We will ask for a 30% deposit to secure a booking, we then require an additional 30% at the half way point between booking and your wedding with the final balance due 2 weeks before. This allows for you to make changes to your booking which can be made upto 4 weeks before your wedding.
What type of flooring will I need?
Apart from your asthetic requirements, the flooring will depend on whats already there. We can provide hard wooden flooring if the ground is very uneven which can then have new cord carpet laid ontop. Most of the time if installing on grass and there is only a slight undulation to the ground just new cord carpet is required. We can provide new cord carpet in a choice of 35 colours to help match your colour theme. If the surface is hard concrete/tarmac we would have to provide gridmat flooring if new cord carpet was required. Please note if you wish to have linings in the marquee we do require carpet to be laid.
Do you provide dance floors?
We have two types of dance floors
Parquet wooden dance floor with sloped edges
- 12ft x 12ft
- 15ft x 15ft
- 18ft x 18ft
Black and White Chequer board dance floor with sloped edges
- 12ft x 12ft
- 15ft x 15ft
Please note: there is some flexibilty in the size of dance floor we offer these are the most popular size requests
What lighting will I need?
If you wedding is going into the evening you will require some type of lighting.
The four main types of lighting we offer are:
- Chandeliers
- Fairy lights
- Festoon
- Uplighters

How do I work out what size luxury loos to order?
For the typical single event lasting no more than 24 hours
3+1 Luxury Unit / up to 300 guests
2+1 Luxury Unit / 100 to 200 guests
1+1 Luxury Unit / up to 100 guests
All Units are fully insured
All Delivery & Collections within Norfolk are included in the price
A service visit to clean, restock and gully suck between events can be arrange for an additional fee
We need an area for are caterers?
Our basic catering tent is a 6m x 6m marquee which can be attached to the main marquee for access, included is two strip lights, x 2 trestle tables and flooring. We can make variations of this if you would prefer a smaller or larger marquee. Alternativly you may wish for the caterers to be inside the marquee we can put walls up inside the marquee to create areas dedicated for the caterers. Have a chat with your caterers to what they would be prefer and let us know.
