What is your most memorable wedding?
A super fancy 4-day celebration for the wedding of a Scottish Lord, right on the banks of his own fishing river. Six tipis, a lot of blood, sweat and tears, but a truly spectacular event that we still gossip about today.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Stay sane - remember that the point of the wedding is to have fun. It's sometimes easy to lose a hold on that when you're too stressed about fine details. Try to relax, and remember that all your people want from the day is to see you happy!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A sparkling English wine, bottled especially for the couple's wedding. We heard many of the couple's guests couldn't bear to drink it, because it was such a nice memory of the day.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First things first, we'll figure out what the most important thing from the wedding will be -- whether that's a formal catering setup, or a more informal, relaxed affair. We'll tweak your quote until it sounds right. Once a booking has been made, your booking coordinator will meet you on site for a full site and event review, and make sure that everything is on track. The last checks, 8 weeks before your event, are an ideal point to finalise everything, before our crew arrives to install your event and make it happen!
How do you create an ambiance in a marquee?
Lighting, lighting, lighting. It's such a simple touch that can really elevate any type of structure. All our packages come with carefully selected lighting packs to help get you going; amplify it with outdoor lighting and dancefloor lighting, and you've got all the ambience your party will need!
Where is the most exciting place that you have put a marquee?
We once got asked to put a tipi on top of a shopping centre in Manchester city centre... sadly that didn't happen, but it was fun to plan for a while!
What is your record time for putting up your marquee?
A fully decked out break-out tipi outside Liverpool's Echo arena -- four hours from door to door, phew!
What is your favourite design of marquee and why?
Our geodome is the most spectacular structure in our range. Designed with the support of engineering specialists across the UK, this structure is the top of the tree when it comes to architecture and design. Simply gorgeous!
