Have a weather contingency plan. Planning an outdoor wedding in the UK it's always good to be prepared.

One of our clients used Laurel leaves as place settings, writing names beautifully with a chalk pen. This not only looks stunning but was wonderfully eco friendly too!

After an initial email or telephone conversation we will provide a tailored quote. We can also undertake a no obligation site visit, which is usually very helpful to discuss things face to face and find the best positioning for a structure. If all are happy we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the date & equipment. Additional items can still be added up-to a month before the wedding (subject to availability).

We will continue to be at the end of the phone or email to help with anything you might need until the agreed setup date.

Our structures aren't like an average marquee so don't need a lot of decor to create ambience. Lighting however is a great addition and brings things to life at night!
