Based of the border of South Warwickshire and North Oxfordshire we have a wide range of options when looking at cover for your celebration. With over 30 years experience we can not only provide the structures , with a wide range of linings, lighting, furniture and accessories but can also offer advice and insight on the planning of your event. At our depot in Lower Brailes we manufacture and maintain our equipment and you can visit to see the furniture and equipment and have a look at what goes on behind the scenes

What is your most memorable wedding?

My own , of course. 39 Years ago in a Church hall , with sandwiches and cake afterwards........ I still have the dress

My dedicated staff who, what ever the weather, complete the installation deadlines.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Start working on your seating plan as you send out the invitations. Group guests together in 10s to start with

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I love personalized seating plans. Photos of each guest with table number on the back, must have taken a lot of effort to get a photo of each guest

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Sample quote prepared followed by a site meeting to personalize the details.

Once hire details in place we keep in touch via email or phone with another meeting 2 months before marquee installation. Once marquee in place a visit on Thursday or Friday to check all in place and up to standard. I am then on call all weekend

How do you create an ambiance in a marquee?

Choose lighting that can be adjusted on a dimmer, a mix of central lights and floor uplights.

Where is the most exciting place that you have put a marquee?

On the roof of a building in central London

What is your record time for putting up your marquee?

Speed isn't usually a factor unless it is for a public one day event with an early start. Precision for a safe installation comes first and the attention to detail sometimes takes that extra bit of time.

What is your favourite design of marquee and why?

Partitions in a marquee can divide a plain rectangle into 2 or 3 completely different areas adding interest and surprise
