Supplying wedding marquees to suit individual tastes, we always work closely with clients to ensure they get what they wish for and helping to ensure their big day goes smoothly. Among the many extras on offer are stage, sound system and lighting hire, furniture, fixtures and fittings, a range of speciality dance floors, speciality table linen, décor, fairy lights, festoon, special effects, mirror balls, power, heating and toilets. Clear roof and wall panels and hexagonal end to marquee can also be supplied to create a stunning effect.

What is your most memorable wedding?
A fantastic colourful gypsy family Wedding - amazing guests and stunningly elaborate décor - was simply fantastic - horse drawn carriage arrival was the icing on the cake

We ensure we work closely with the couple and their other wedding suppliers to ensure everything goes smoothly and is as stress free as possible
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
So many unique and creative ideas it would be impossible to choose a favourite
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We will start by emailing a quotation after the initial request from our bride and groom. This will include a full breakdown of items and be accompanied by a price list of marquee extras. We may arrange a site visit to meet the couple and view marquee location. We can supply a detailed CAD drawing of marquee layout. We then require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. We will often be in contact by email and phone up until the event. Final invoice with any changes will be emailed 2 weeks before event. We then will install the week prior, leaving at least a full day before event for personal touches to be added. Often we will arrange with bride and groom to finish earlier if they require more time. We will liaise with caterers, and other suppliers to ensure everything comes together smoothly.
How do you create an ambiance in a marquee?
Adjustable colour wash lighting with fairy lights is fantastic. We supply bride and groom with an IR hand controller to change to their mood, colour scheme and to also set to sound active during band or DJ performances
Where is the most exciting place that you have put a marquee?
Marquee wedding install in a field next door to the Pentre Ifan Burial Chamber, in Pembrokeshire, West Wales - such a magical location
What is your favourite design of marquee and why?
We love the clear roof panels as they take full advantage of some of the stunning views around the West Wales coastline and mountain regions
