Charlotte is brilliant! I saw that Charlotte is passionate about the environment and provides more eco friendly choices, combined with her beautiful portfolio, passion and knowledge, I knew Willow House Flowers would be perfect for our wedding flowers and I definitely made the right choice. Communication was brilliant throughout. I asked for a 'just picked' look, the bouquets were beautiful and had many compliments from guests. If only I could have a bouquet every week! Thank you!

Willow house flowers did the flowers for my best friends wedding earlier this year and they were just so beautiful. I was a bridesmaid and now my friend is going to be my bridesmaid! Wedding flowers is the most important part of a wedding, it can be very daunting choosing what you want and visioning it all come together. When meeting with Charlotte, myself and Allan felt very comfortable straight away and the stress disappeared. Charlotte was incredible through out and even liaised with the lady we was hiring our candelabra’s from. She certainly went the extra mile which we didn’t expect at all. Charlotte kept in contact every step of the way of our wedding planning and on the day she delivered my husbands flowers and mine at the venue, it was lovely to see Charlotte on the day and give her a hug! Meeting Charlotte was a perfect addition to my wedding, I had spoken to a few florists before Charlotte but I just didn't get a good feeling about them. When I met Charlotte I knew that it was going to work, she made me feel so relaxed and confident that what she would produce would be perfect. I was quite a difficult bride in the sense that I didn't have a clear decision of what I wanted, but Charlotte managed to pull all my muddled ideas together and create the flowers perfectly to my taste, how she did it amazes me but I'm so grateful for everything she did. Charlotte is a very kind and caring woman and I enjoyed working with her so much. Even with my last minute changes, she catered to them and nothing was too much trouble. It was an absolute pleasure to have Charlotte be our wedding florist, nothing was too much trouble and our flowers looked amazing. Every tiny detail was though of and she made the whole process very relaxed and easy. Will definitely be recommending in future.

When I look back at my wedding there are many things I would have changed, the flowers were not one of these things. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. When I met with my florist she was very frank and honest with me about my expensive taste, she advised how I might make savings, and I had so much faith in her that after showing her some images and agreeing on a few flowers I left the rest up to her. I was not disappointed! The flowers on the day exceeded my expectations, everyone commented how lovely they were and once the day was done guests were snapping up the centrepieces.

I was blown away by how amazing the flowers were that Charlotte provided, from the details in our head pieces to the style and elegance of our bouquets, just beautiful! The bride was very picky, and changed her mine a few time on things, however it was never a problem for Charlotte. Everywhere you look the flower were just perfect and completed the day!
