Get your Dress ... this is such a magical item to be shopping for, enjoy it and dont feel stressed about it by leaving it till the last minute.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
its always in the eyes of the couples .... its the magic of love.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Preliminary chat on Telephone/email .... meet up ASAP and I scribble while they chat about how they met, their vision, their favourite flowers, their dream, their colours, their families, Bridesmaids, Bestmen, Ushers .... budget. I then respond by email with thoughts and we go from there. I take a 25% deposit and am very available to discuss any details at any point.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
I put a small silver locket into a bouquet once and unknown to the bride her Wedding Ring was inside it ..... the locket had belonged to her grandmother ... it was all very emotional.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
A sprig or 2 of myrtle is symbolic of love .... but so any flowers mean special things to different people
What is the most romantic flower and why?
The English Rose is classic and is given as an expression of love ... again, its a very personal thing.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Either give them to your guests to take home or I take them to a local hospice who are always very very grateful
