We sent through a few enquires for flowers for our wedding that would meet our budget and quality. A lot of the enquiries we sent showed us flowers that wasn’t what we was looking for but after a video meeting with Caroline at Orchid Room we found she understood the most of what we wanted and could offer us the best flowers. She over exceeded our expectations, she went above and beyond going through the process which was easy and straightforward. I'd have been lost with Caroline! We connected so easily and so well, and I couldn't have asked for better flowers for our wedding. Caroline helped me with the budget, and trying to achieve the look I wanted (typically the flowers I wanted were out of season!) and they honestly looked stunning. Life had been quite turbulent for both Caroline and I for individual personal reasons leading up to the wedding, but Caroline didn't let me down and persevered. I literally couldn't thank her enough, and I can't wait to work with Caroline again

We were blown away by the flowers we arranged with Caroline for our wedding in March. We had to postpone a few times due to Covid lockdowns & restrictions, but Caroline was really understanding & helpful when we needed it. With short notice, I decided to get ready at a different location & Caroline kindly dropped our bouquets off with no problem. From our initial consultation to our wedding day the service provided by Caroline was amazing. On the day my flowers, bridesmaids flowers, the flowers in our reception all looked amazing and help to create the most beautiful atmosphere. Caroline is genuinely interested in every bride, and takes the time not just to understand your wanted designs, but who you are as a personality too. From the first e-mail we couldn’t have asked for for someone as helpful as Caroline. She instantly put our minds at ease (not an easy job when the bride is a control freak trying to plan a wedding) she was so knowledgable and gave us so many options, took the time to explain everything to us. The flowers on the day were incredible!! Better than I could ever have imagined. They lasted for days after too even though it was a hot day, guests took some home. We were both along with our guests blown away when we saw what Caroline had designed for us. Would 100% recommend.

Caroline is a truly amazing and talented florist. Every petal was perfect and everything looked amazing.

I new from the moment I met with Caroline I wanted her to do my wedding flowers! She has an amazing talent and is just so creative in the bouquets and centre peices she designs. All of her designs are different and new with just the most individual detail! She’s so friendly and takes so much pride in her flower arrangements! If you want breath taking centre pieces and bouquets Caroline is definitely the florist for you! She went above and beyond for my wedding and they lasted so well. I can’t thank her enough! X

Our wedding flowers were perfect and Caroline was really helpful. Everybody including the venue organisers said they were some of the best flowers they had seen. Absolutely beautiful.
