What is your most memorable wedding?
Around two thousand pure white roses were used to make spectacular centre pieces in crystal containers, hundreds of lanterns placed around the church and venue and 80 huge white trees were created with thousands of crystals hanging from them absolutely outstanding.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
if you have a small budget for venue decor go for one big wow show stopper arrangement which will have more impact and photo opportunities rather than a few small unflattering ones that nobody will really notice. Don't use flowers on guest tables they either get in the way of all the glasses and not many photos are taken of the guests so blow your whole flower budget on making the top table look amazing as everyone will be looking at and taking photos of that table or leave out the tables altogether and use the venues decor if they have any (candelabra) and make a statement with a huge flower arch at the church/ ceremony.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love when couples donate to charities with a card to each gift advising them instead of giving out unwanted favours.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Arrange a date and time when nobody will be disturbed and Sitting down in our beautiful sofa area with a chilled glass of wine or fresh coffee and really listening to the bride and groom, I always first ask which flowers and arrangements they are not too fond of then I can totally rule them out.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A small lock of hair from the brides mother who had passed away.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
No as all flowers are symbolic to different people, whether it be the first flower ever brought for them by their loved one, a reminder of their Grandads garden when growing up or just because they love the smell.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
scented white roses are my most romantic flower as to mean they mean peace, harmony
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
A card on each table with your chosen persons name on to receive the flowers with a small message.
Maybe take the bridal flowers to a loved ones grave or dry out a few in a favourite book.
