We would recommend booking a venue that provides you with a wedding coordinator / wedding planner to help you with all the little details you may have forgotten or not considered for your special day.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
This process is fully dependant on how you like to work with your Wedding suppliers, weekly calls? Evening meetings? Venue Visits? We are here for all of it! We are pleased to offer 2 consultations free of charge to discuss and plan every detail of your floral journey.
If you'd like some assistance in decorating your venue, we would be overjoyed to meet with you and take a consultation stroll around the rooms you will be spending your day including outside areas and entrances. We can help by making recommendations to get the most of your venue.
We provide 2 free Mood boards following consultation, 1 that displays and documents everything we have spoke about at consultation and the second is confirming any changes made through the process. Any further mood boards or additional meetings will be chargeable. We require a 10% deposit following your first meeting to secure your day. What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
We would recommend gifting centerpieces, aisle flowers and other venue flowers as gifts to your wedding party, especially elderly relatives! Just make sure to alert your florist of that intention so they can include the cost of the vessels within your costings. For your Bridal Bouquet, Buttonholes and Bridesmaid Bouquets I would recommend having them pressed or dried and used as confetti for future weddings you may attend together, framed or placed in resin moulds!
