Anna Potter is the founder of Swallows & Damsons, a natural and botanically inspired flower shop in Sheffield, England.
After completing a degree in Fine Art she combined her love for design, aesthetic and nature; Swallows & Damsons opened soon after in 2008.
Anna loves soft, blousy, romantic blooms teamed with scrappy, wild foliage and unexpected foraged hedgerow berries and branches, very much influenced by Dutch Master paintings and botanical illustrations.
She hopes to continue creating a brand that has an international creative influence, while remaining a local shop in the heart of the community; a family business with old-fashioned values.
