Meeting for an informal chat over a tea or coffee. Talk through ideas, styles, budgets and requirements. Provide a rough estimate. Take a booking fee to secure date. Mood board created to help couple visualise their dream flowers. Second meeting to confirm details. Then a final meeting if required before full payment.
