What is your most memorable wedding?
That would be my largest to date where it was all hands on deck. Sleepless nights and no room to move but we got there. A fabulous wedding with full bridal shower, bridesmaid bouquets, countless buttonholes. A full church set up with pedestals, trees, pew ends and then on to the reception with 12 table full size candelabras, lots of posies for coffee tables, top table flowers and other bits and pieces to boot.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember the day is about you saying 'I do' in front of your loved ones. If you both are married at the end of the day, it has been successful.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
It is always poignant when asked to add photos of lost loved ones to bouquets or table settings
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We get together for a chat about what they see their flowers to be. I will help and advise and narrow down the choice. A quote is then sent for approval, this may be tweaked at any stage up to a month beforehand. Once the quote is accepted a non-refundable fee is required to book the day. At 3 weeks to go final payment is made. Any questions or changes can be made along the way to this point. A delivery schedule is sent a week before so everyone knows what will be delivered where and when. Again any amendments can be made. On the day all delivery and set up is sorted at all venues and then any hired items are collected the next morning.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A horseshoe

What is the most romantic flower and why?
To me any scented flower is romantic and will forever transport you back to your special day
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Many couples give away their displays to family and friends and some add their bouquet to a lost loved ones grave. More popular today is to have flowers dried or pressed into a picture or display to cherish for years come
