FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

An amazing wedding at Kew Gardens in February! Initially the wedding was organised for October but after the groom suffered an accident it was postponed till February. We were a bit worried about the weather and what flowers would be available but we changed the brief to include the most amazing early Spring flowers including Blossom, Camellia, Mimosa plus lots of spring bulbs. Weirdly we had the most amazing warm weather hitting 18 degrees. A beautiful day with the most beautiful flowers which went through a complete redesign due to the date change.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Wild Elegant Stylish Detailed Loving

What about your business are you most proud of?

That I can exceed my couples expectations every time. I oversee every part of your wedding flower journey - from initial enquiry to execution of the job. Therefore it becomes personal and I really believe this level of care and love is reflected in the end result.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Trust your suppliers - you’ve chosen them for a reason. Most importantly enjoy your day!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Flower combinations and arrangements inspired by the Brides Grandmothers botanical drawings.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Initially I can send you my wedding brochure which includes imagery, testimonials and starting prices. If you like what you see we can arrange an initial chat over zoom or phone and I can then prepare you a proposal with options/prices and mood boards. If you would like to secure the date I will ask for an initial deposit. After that we can do venue visits, flower market meet ups etc. the proposal can we tweaked and changes all the way up until 2 weeks prior giving you lots of time and space to explore other ideas if you wish.

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

I would always recommend something scented. Scent triggers such wonderful memories and of course this is a day you’ll want to remember!

What is the most romantic flower and why?

For me it’s Sweet Peas. They invoke memories of childhood and wonder. They’re not only beautiful but the scent is divine and instantly recognisable.

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Plan to keep or gift if possible. If that isn’t an option we are involved with a charity that sends the flowers on to care homes and hospices.
