What is your most memorable wedding?
My first wedding at Redcoats as the venue is absolutely stunning, the brief and couple were amazing. It included beautiful winter bouquets in rich tones with silk and velvet ribbons, luxurious boutonnieres with sumptuous velvet ribbon. A focal hexagonal arch at the end of the aisle which was later re-purposed as a photo opportunity, lots of atmospheric candlelight which was so enchanting and magical and 3 foliage and flower chandeliers in the barn ceiling which brought the outside in and created the most breathtaking vision when you entered the barn. It was a wow wedding and the photographer captured it beautifully.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
My bouquets are individual and designed to reflect a person's personality, vision and chosen colour palette so it's really difficult to answer this. I have had several brides who have asked to incorporate a small photo of a loved one which is such a lovely personal touch.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
All flowers have symbolism and this is something I like to touch on with couples.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
There are so many but definitely has to be either a Rose or Peony for me. The beauty of Roses is they are available all year and come in the most gorgeous colours and different varieties. Large headed, garden and spray Roses with petals unfurling - they're so romantic and some smell divine too which is a bonus!
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Large installations are taken down by my team and cleared. Any flowers are yours to keep with vessels/vases etc returned to me.
