An initial chat via email or text, followed by a free consultation at a location of their choice (I always suggest a pub!) where I will get an idea of their style and decor plans. I will then send over a quote and mood board, if they decide to book, great! I will then create a Pinterest board and WhatsApp chat for them so we can share ideas in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We have a venue visit before the big day and then, hey presto, flowers!
Because I work heavily with plants too, I often put unusual leaves or succulents within the bouquet.
