What is your most memorable wedding?
Has to be when the bride forgot to change her order! Luckily our team was on hand and managed to rearrange some of the arrangements.... crisis adverted! The bride wasn’t even aware there was a problem until she came back from their honeymoon and their wedding planner informed them.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Being family run. This allows us to adapt our styles to each wedding couple and be able to spend time with them to discuss their requirements.

Plan early and always have a plan B, C and sometimes D

The happy couple wed at the church the grooms father and grandfather were buried. They placed what would of been their flowers on the day directly to their graves “so they were still had to dress up” .... had us all in tears
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initial discussions and requirements and of course checking we have the date available, sample drawings or mock ups and quotations (all free of charge and non obligation) then contracts and deposits. From order to special day there is always lots of contact.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
Santa hats!
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Personally I love gerbera, they always look great whatever the season or theme. But we don’t believe on pushing our ideas on our couples. It’s their thoughts and wants that count.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
It’s the classic red rose.... no explanation required.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
It’s totally personal choice. Some brides keep them and display them at home, some have them dried and framed, some pass them on.
