Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Top two are delivering the brides bouquet and knowing she is absolutely has what she dreamed of and I am always excited to transforming historic venues to suit the couples style and theme.

Choose wedding vendors you trust so you can relax and enjoy your day to the fullest
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Hard one again... really love adding flowers with meaning or significance to the brides bouquet.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Typically we met to start for an informal chat which takes about an hours about all the possible ideas they are looking to have. All the details don't have to be set to start, but bring together a basic framework so couples have an idea of costs from the start. Once the couple is generally happy with the quote and confident in my service, they pay a small deposit to set the date in my diary. Then we definitely meet to review all the details about 4-6 weeks before the wedding so a final quote can be organised. All the way though we email and talk about any details and the quote can be updated up or down to suit the couples requirements. On the day I am the one to deliver and set up the flowers to be sure everything arrives and is perfectly in place. I like to be ahead of schedule as much as the venue allows to have everything in place 2 hours before the ceremony.
Where possible I really love to see the bride in her dress and help give her tips how to comfortably hold the bouquet.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A blue owl broach which belonged to the groom's grandmother who had passed away
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
The best flowers are the ones the bride loves the most and/or has meaning to them like flowers from their grandmother's garden like honesty or adding some rosemary to a bride named after her aunt by that name. Or couple who's nicknames were Poppy and Barley so barley was added to the buttonholes and poppy like fresh anemone's for the bride. For the couple that loved beer it was perfectly suiting to have an arch with fresh hops.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Roses particularly garden roses with scent in my opinion
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
If they don't have a home, absolutely let me take them to a nursing home or charity of your choice. I love that they flowers go on to bring other people happiness.
