Based in a charming rural studio on a working farm in Neath, Queen of the Meadow specializes in creating organic, evocative floral designs perfect for your wedding day. Their style blends timeless elegance with a wild, natural feel—imagine bouquets and arrangements that look as if they were freshly picked from a rambling cottage garden. Their expert work has been featured in top wedding publications like Vogue and Bride Magazine, making them a trusted choice for couples seeking something truly special.
Sustainability is at the core of every bouquet and arrangement. Queen of the Meadow prioritizes seasonal, British-grown flowers, including unique varieties from their own private cutting garden. This means your wedding flowers will showcase the very best nature has to offer, while supporting local growers. They also commit to environmentally friendly practices by using traditional, sustainable floristry methods—no floral foam is ever used—so your celebration is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful.
Planning your wedding flowers is a collaborative and personal experience. It starts with a consultation to understand your vision and style. From there, a bespoke mood board and lookbook are created to bring your floral ideas to life. Every detail—from the first concept to the final placement on your wedding day—is carefully curated to reflect you, your venue, and your unique story.
Queen of the Meadow offers a full range of bespoke floral services to cover every part of your wedding day, including:
Natural, romantic, winsome, contemporary and beautiful.
Starting my own business! Also meeting so many lovely people through my work.
Be as organised as possible, write everything down and keep notes as there is so much to remember!
Saving all the petals from bouquets family and friends had given the bride when she got engaged and then turning them into her wedding confetti.
I love to meet with the couple to talk about flowers and the venue. I like to make the flowers as personal as possible so its great to know a little more about the couple's style and how they want their wedding to look.
Fresh herbs as they smell divine!
Rosemary in a bouquet symbolises remembrance, so if there is a loved one missing at the wedding then this is a lovely sentiment.
Roses! They are a cliché but they smell and look so pretty.
I would recommend preserving the bouquet. There are always so many left over flowers so its a nice touch to give these away to guests or family. Perhaps donating some to a care home or a deserving charity would be lovely.
