When should I secure my date?
As early as possible.You should secure your wedding date with me like you book any other supplier.This gives you piece of mind that everything will be taken care for.
How long is the process?
The process start from the moment you send me the flowers after your wedding( this is why your wedding date should be booked in advance ). They dry for about 2 weeks and then I start designs.For floral frame it can take up to 8 weeks.For resin pieces it can take up to 14 weeks depending on the chosen piece.As resin is poured in layer, it requires time and attention and each layer needs to dry properly.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No.You only secure your wedding date with a £30 deposit, everything else is after the wedding!After we decide on a design and I need to start the work, then is when the balance needs to be paid.Depends if you wish to pay in full of instalments.On orders over £350 I do take 2 instalment payments, which need to be paid during certain times of the process.
Do you take last minute bookings?
I do,but this cannot be guaranteed.As I am a one person business, I can only take a limited number of weddings per week.This is wjhy I recommend securing your wedding date just to have piece of mind I can help you.
What method of communication do you use?
I keep you posted during the process via whatsapp.I feel that the app allows us to have a flowing conversation and also the space for you to ask me anything you wish anytime.The confirmation for securing your date will be via email, where the whole process will be explained and also a step by step guide how to send the flower to me will be provided.
Do you make other items you haven't made before?
Of course.If its something I can make, we can create any shape of resin items or size of frame you wish.

How long after the wedding the flowers need to be sent to you?
Flowers should arrive to me within 4 days after the event.This way the flowers are not wilted and still ok to be dried.I always recommend to be sent to me the next working day as " Next Day Delivery".
