Located in Wokingham, Polly's Garden is a boutique florist dedicated to making your wedding day truly unforgettable. Led by owner Sally Pearce, they specialise in creating luxurious, breathtaking floral designs tailored just for you. Their personal, bespoke approach ensures your flowers reflect your unique style and personality, bringing your wedding vision to life with expert care.
Every wedding is one-of-a-kind, and Polly's Garden treats it that way. They work on only one wedding at a time, giving you their full attention and allowing you to relax knowing your flowers are in expert hands. The process starts with a personal consultation to understand your vision, and can include venue visits to ensure your floral designs perfectly complement your setting.
Polly's Garden offers a wide range of floral creations to enhance your wedding day, including:
Working in a private woodland where we turned a beautiful stretch tent into an enchanting whimsical venue, creating foliage runners, pretty bud vases and floral garlands stretching right up the tent poles. So natural and beautiful.
soft, romantic, textural, natural, beautiful
The personal, bespoke service that I offer.
Don't panic - find experts that you like and trust, and let them take some of the load off your shoulders.
I love seeing anything included that really reflects the couple - it could be the theme, a piece of jewelry, a particular flower or a special reading.
I offer an initial consultation via Zoom/Skype, in order to get to know a bit about you. Here we discuss your venue, colour choices (if you've made them), your likes and dislikes, the overall style and feel you want to achieve, and of course the all-important budget! From there I provide an initial quote, mood board and proposal. If you decide Im the florist for you, we then go on a journey together to plan your ideal wedding flowers - I communicate with you every step of the way - from the first consultation, right up to your wedding day. I work to guide and advise you throughout the process, whilst staying true to you and your vision. I work to a budget, not a price list so that I can be flexible with my designs and ensure that you get the most for your money. I will personally make your designs and deliver to your venue and can stay on site to moe things around during the course of the day.
Hiding a little bit f juniper in a gin-loving couple's bridal bouquet. It is pretty scratchy and thorny so we didn't want it on the outside where it could damage the lace on the gown!
Flowers are such a personal choice that it's impossible to choose just one to recommend. I think it's important to recommend flowers and colours that reflect the couples' personality.
Garden roses, Peonies and Dahlias never fail to give a romantic feel! I think their large blousy forms just ooze romance. But softer flowers such as Astrantia, Nigella, Eucalyptus nicholii and Clematis also give a lovely sense of movement and softness to a design.
To extend the life of your bouquet, trim the ends of the flowers and place it into fresh water. It's also nice to press a selection of blooms/petals as a keepsake.
When it comes to arrangements, many brides choose to give them away to loved ones to take home.
