Flowers for my wedding anniversary

Today I went to Peter and margaret florist to get some flowers for my wedding anniversary, the service I received was above and beyond what I would expect . I'm sorry I didn't catch the lady who served me but thank you, I have a disability and whilst leaving the shop with the bouquet of flowers in my hand and walking stick in the other she noticed my shoelace was undone and promptly bent down and tied it for me, thoughtful and kind says it all,and my wife adored her flowers, thank you,,,,,Paul
