We were first introduced to Nicola through our wedding décor supplier, and from our very first meeting, we knew we were in safe hands. Nicola was incredibly friendly, approachable, and passionate about bringing our vision to life. After our initial consultation, she created a beautiful vision board based on the styles, colours, and ideas we had discussed. This was such a helpful touch, as it allowed us to visualise how everything would come together and gave us confidence that she truly understood what we were hoping to achieve. Throughout the planning process, Nicola kept in regular contact and was always available to answer questions or offer advice. We particularly appreciated her honesty and expertise. When my husband asked whether we had enough flowers planned, she gave a genuine and professional opinion rather than simply encouraging us to spend more. That level of honesty meant a great deal to us and reinforced how much she cared about creating the right look for our wedding, rather than just making a sale. One thing we really valued was Nicola's focus on making the most of every arrangement. She suggested reusing flowers from our certificate signing table on our top table later in the day, ensuring the flowers could be enjoyed throughout the celebration rather than being used for only a short period. Her team stayed to reposition the arrangements for us, which was one less thing for us to think about on the day and demonstrated their commitment to going above and beyond. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. Every arrangement was stunning and perfectly complemented our venue and colour scheme. It was also the little details that stood out, such as the magnetic clips for the buttonholes, which made them so much easier to wear and helped everything look perfect throughout the day. Nicola even assisted us with some rental items, providing support beyond what we expected from our florist. From start to finish, Nicola and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their creativity, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples shine through in everything they do. Sitting down with her when first booked with her, she picked up very quickly on exactly what we were looking for and the examples she showed us of her previous work fitted what we wanted perfectly. On the day, we were absolutely blown away by how stunning the bouquets, buttonholes, and venue flowers were. So many of our guests said how beautiful all the flowers were too. Nicola's communication throughout was excellent - we booked just under two years before the day but Nicola ensured that she checked in with us throughout the two years so we never felt forgotten or that our special day wasn't important. We came to our first appointment with Nicola only knowing the names and colour of two flowers we wanted for the day and not much else, yet she really understood exactly the vibe we were going for and created the most classy and timeless florals for the bouquets and other decor. To do that with not much input from us was amazing. Everything was really organised and it was lovely to have such a trustworthy person to work with and not have to worry about anything on the day. Our florals were beautiful, so much more beautiful than we'd imagined and we highly recommend Petals & Posies to other couples!

I HIGHLY recommend! Nicola has a beautiful professional home studio where I felt reassured and able to share my moodboards, ideas, and opinions openly and she obviously knew her stuff and could help with making any appropriate tweaks to our plans seamlessly. She maintained excellent, friendly communication throughout the process with us. There was no pressure whatsoever on choosing something over another and she provided a range of options for us to create the right mix for our budget. It was comforting to see a familiar smiling face turn up with the flower arrangements we had agreed on for our special day. The blooms were fresh, vibrant, stunning, and smelled divine. All our guests complimented the flowers and I was so happy to be around them on the day and treasure them afterwards. Petals and Posies provided our florals for our Wedding day in June 2026 and we couldn’t have been happier!
