Cant wait to recommend you to everyone and anyone

We want to say a HUGE thank you for all your incredible efforts for our wedding. It was hugely important to both of us that this wedding was beautiful, and unique; and you and your incredible team made that happen. Planning a wedding as you know is inevitably very stressful, and after any meeting with you Jenni was immediately put at ease - nothing was too much trouble, nothing seemed impossible. You adapted without complaint to any changes we asked for. Without a doubt Jenni’s favourite moment of the whole wedding was walking in and seeing palm court in all its glory, with Rob standing under that breathtaking archway (jenni has a few sleepless nights worrying about the archway!!). We are dying for the photos to come out. Mum mentioned how even the smallest details were attended to - like sprigs of eucalyptus in amongst the ‘Wish you were Here’ table. You are truly, truly talented at what you do. We only hope we get to work with you again! Can’t wait to recommend you to everyone and anyone Thank you again -

Will recommend to everybody

Words can't even begin to express how wonderful Elaine and the Pesh Flowers team are. When I arrived at the venue on my wedding day I couldn't believe how perfect it looked. Everything was better than I ever could have imagined. They built the most stunning and spectacular, bespoke floral arch for our ceremony backdrop, decorated our cake to perfection, created a masterpiece on the staircase and provided the perfect accent to all our wedding outfits with beautiful button holes and hair flowers. They worked astonishingly fast and the standard was just flawless. It was exactly what I'd hoped for and more. And the most stress free planning ever! Elaine knew exactly the look I was after and was full of brilliant and creative ideas! Honestly this is a florist you can trust to make the biggest day of your life the most beautiful day of your life. I will be recommending them to everyone I meet!! Thank you!!!!!

FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

That would have to be at Hever Castle, the bride flew in by helecipter and all the florals were rich and fitted the stunning venue beautifully. We had to leave at 5 am to deliver and set up as it was such a warm summers day the sweet peas wouldn’t have survived the journey when the sun came up. Crazy few hours setting up followed by a picnic on the grass for the team in the gardens and a cold drink watching the ducks waddle about

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Vintage Relaxed Naturalistic Botanical Elegant

What about your business are you most proud of?

Providing flowers at Westminster Abby, St Paul’s cathedral and Hyde park for memorial services for Princess Diana. 9/11 and 7/7 bombings. All very tragic circumstances but an honour to be part of something so important

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Remember the day is about you, your love and your style. Find suppliers that can represent that for you. Oh and a specific Wedding email as it’s much easier to keep all the information you receive in one place.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

Hand drawn charactertures of each guest as a table favour/place setting

Describe your typical process with a couple.

Initial consultation either at venue location especially if its one we haven't flowered before, our studio or cafe! I like to get to know the couples and their style and what vision they have for their day. We will talk through colours and flowers that are in season and I will give ideas and suggestions, every wedding we do is unique to that couple so a personalised estimate and mood board is then sent out. Once a booking is confirmed we then revisit the quote a little nearer to the wedding day to allow for any changes and alterations. We take a final payment approx 3/4weeks before the wedding day.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?

I would say a bouquet we made for a bride who had very bad hay fever. She wanted a unique and quirky look so we made all her “flowers “ out of leaves. She had a Carmen style rose in the centre made of ivy leaves. It was beautiful and shows how versatile foliages can be!

Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?

I think you can never go wrong with a rose, there are so many varieties shapes, colours, scents and they are the flower of love. We especially love the britsh grown garden varieties that are available late spring to early autumn

What is the most romantic flower and why?

I think a Peony has a really romantic feel to it, such a delicate fragrance and the soft blousy petals like clouds. I also love that it is a truly seasonal flower and isn’t around for very long so that to me makes it all the more special

What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?

Discuss with your florist if you would like to give flowers to guests at the end of the wedding as they may be able to make them so that can be removed from vases/containers as these are usually on hire. If not you can ask that the flowers are taken to a hospice by your florist if they are clearing for you, there are a few charities that do this that we can work with at your request But mostly I would say to not worry too much about this and just enjoy them throughout your wedding day as that it’s what they are designed for, we often use blooms much more open than we would if you were receiving a gift as they need to look at their best and most spectacular in that day !! We can also offer to press a few of the flowers used in your bouquet for you and they can be framed as a keepsake.~Just ask during your consultation.
