FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

Every wedding we do is unique and special to work on, therefore its impossible to list just one as being memorable.

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Romantic, Bespoke, Professional, Whimsical, Elegant

What about your business are you most proud of?

We have won two awards in one year which is amazing. Having built our business up from scratch and using skills and learning from previous floristry work we strive to offer a professional and friendly service from the very first consultation to ensure that the flowers we produce are beautiful, elegant and bespoke.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

To have an idea of the theme, style and colours preferred.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

We invite couples to contact us via our website to arrange a no obligation informal chat that will provide us with an idea of the theme of the wedding in which they are planning, and what flowers they will be requiring, we will then proceed to write up a written estimate which will be sent via email. If the couple are happy with the estimate we ask for confirmation in writing that the couple wish to proceed with our services, and a 'save the date' booking deposit which then books our services wholly for the wedding date chosen. A contract will be supplied together with a copy of our terms and conditions outlining all the relevant information. Six weeks before the wedding is due we will then contact the couple to ask of any changes, and prompt full payment for the remainder of the invoice. This enables us to order the flowers in time for the date of the wedding.
