What about your business are you most proud of?
As well as having some of the highest quality, most realistic silk flowers in the UK. We also pride ourselves upon customer satisfaction and experience. We are super proud of the feedback we receive and it really shows that we put our customers first from start to finish we work tirelessly to ensure you get exactly what you need, in the quickest, hassle free manner.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
START EARLY! Honestly, we cannot say this enough. It becomes so stressful when you leave the planning to the last quarter. There's no excuses, especially when the flower side of things can be artificial like ours! You can have them ready in advance and get to keep them for years and years afterwards for the memories.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We always leave our mark at weddings. Our personal favourite would be the way that we tie everything together! From large aisle runners right down to the tiny buttonholes, we ensure that the theme and the vibe is evenly spread across the entire venue. Everything just fits and looks in place!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
From the very start our team of friendly experts welcome couples with open arms. We give a free consultation to begin, just to get a feel and understanding of what our couples vision. Once we have an understanding of what they want, we begin the process of gathering stock and samples for them to see, feel and try just to give them an idea of quality and variation. We can then begin the design process where our design specialists will have a brief meeting with the couple to discuss colour schemes, flower types, sizing, venue dressing etc. By this point we will be able to do all of the leg work and ensure that the rest of the process is as passive as possible for the couple and we will contact them at every milestone just to make sure they are happy with where we are at. Before they know it, their flowers will be ready for delivery to them/their venue. We also offer full venue dressing services which can be discussed in consultation.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
At this point, I don't think there is much that we haven't put in a bouquet! There's the typical gyp and greenery, but then it just gets wild. We've added pampas, wheat, dried daisies... We've even been requested to add haribo's so the sky is the limit.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Personally our favourite flower is Chrysanthemums. They come in a lot of different variations and forms, the most popular would definitely be spikey mums or ball mums as these add a lot of texture and depth to a bouquet or arrangement! But, we would only recommend what is right for the couple, we aren't biased towards any type of flower and will only pick what is right at the time!
What is the most romantic flower and why?
The Rose is obviously a timeless romantic... However, we think peonies are definitely up there, with so many colour and shape variations there's definitely some that are romantic!
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
KEEP THEM! IF not all, definitely some. Not just because we hate seeing our flowers being binned... It's purely the fact that, in 5 years time just having a look in your wardrobe and seeing that bridal bouquet again will really put a smile on your face and will give you that nostalgia! It will be a constant reminder of your big day, just like your wedding dress!
