With over 500 weddings behind me it would be impossible to pick just 1.
Natural, seasonal, colourful, wild, foliage
I am incredibly proud to have been part of so many couples' wedding days. Every booking, thank you note and photo is a wee pat on the back and a bright spot in my day.
Always make the most of your flowers. For a one venue wedding, reuse your flowers throughout the day. Use them for the ceremony and then move them to your tables for the reception. Position arches or ceremony backdrops as selfie areas. For smaller budgets, think about what flowers really matter to you and concentrate your budget on these, rather than trying to do everything.
Again too many to mention, but if I had to choose, photo favours, where every guest had a photo personal to them and the couple.
1. Initial Enquiry
Get in touch via my website, email, or phone with your wedding date and venue details. I’ll check my availability and, if I’m free, we can arrange a consultation.
2. Personal Consultation or Call
Wherever possible, I love to meet my clients in person at my custom-built studio near Cumbernauld. This relaxed, informal meeting gives us time to chat through your ideas, look at inspiration, and view my extensive portfolio.
If visiting isn’t convenient, I’m also happy to arrange a video or phone consultation. Before your call, I’ll ask you to complete a brief questionnaire to help me understand your vision, style, and priorities.
3. Tailored Quote
After our chat, I’ll provide a handwritten summary quote (for in-person consultations), followed by a detailed, itemised quote via email, complete with mood board images if required. This helps you visualise the designs and ensures full clarity on costs.
4. Booking Your Date
Once you’re happy with the proposal, a booking fee secures your date in my diary. From there, we stay in touch as your plans develop—you’re always welcome to ask questions or make updates along the way.
5. Final Details & Confirmation
Around 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll go over everything to confirm flower choices, quantities, delivery details, and timings. A final invoice is issued, with payment due before the big day.
6. On the Day
I take care of everything on the day—from delivering your bouquets and buttonholes, to setting up ceremony and venue flowers, and arranging any hired items. I make sure every detail is in place, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Mini Pumpkins!
Flowers are deeply personal. A bloom that brings joy and meaning to one couple might hold a different—or even difficult—significance for another. That’s why I take the time to understand your individual preferences and stories before designing your arrangements
The rose is often seen as the most romantic flower—especially the classic red rose, symbolising love and passion. But romance is personal, and so are flowers. What feels romantic to one couple might hold a very different meaning for another. That’s why I always take time to understand your preferences and any special associations you have. Your flowers should be as meaningful to you as they are beautiful.
Don’t let your beautiful flowers go to waste—there are so many meaningful ways to share them.
Give them away to as many people as you can—friends, family, venue staff, or even strangers—you’ll brighten someone’s day. Take some home to enjoy yourself as a reminder of all the joy and love from your wedding.
If you had loved ones who couldn’t be there, why not have someone drop off a bouquet to them with a note to say they were missed and thought of?
You might also choose to take some flowers to the graveside of a loved one who has passed, as a quiet way to include them in your day and honour their memory.
And if you'd like, I can even collect your flowers after the wedding and repurpose them into small arrangements or keepsake gifts for you to share with others. It’s a lovely way to extend the beauty and sentiment of your celebration.
