What is your most memorable wedding?
One of my favourite weddings I have worked on was held in a gorgeous ancient converted barn in Somerset. I was asked to create a beautiful 2 meter Moongate arch inspired by the Pagan hex marks that could be seen carved in the wall of the barn. I adore working with truly personal ideas like this.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I love adding herbs, grasses and seed head to designs as it adds a beautiful, unique and personal touch.

What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
I once was asked to create a bouquet with a real (stuffed) bird in it. It actually looked very sweet and beautiful.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Myrtle foliage - I love the history of it and it also smells beautiful
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Sweet peas. They are so delicate, give a lovely airy movement to floral designs and smell heavenly.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
Give them to your guests, take them home and enjoy them.
