What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The main things to plan are: Your budget, colour, how many people and how many venues?
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
On each place setting we add a type of herb or flower.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I will meet up with my couples for a coffee in London or if they are unable to meet in London we will discuss what they want over the phone. I will then put together a detailed proposal stating exactly what they will have for their special day and three quotes- small, medium and large.
If they decide to choose me as their florist I will then do a site visit. We travel all over the UK and worldwide.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
Succulent
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Stephanotis- Marital Happiness. It also gives the most amazing smell something that is like no other flower.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Peony- love and passion
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
I would dry your bouquet as well as the floral crowns should you have them.
