What about your business are you most proud of?
I’m most proud of how my floral designs empower couples to express their love authentically. It means so much to me to create something that makes them feel seen, celebrated, and confident on one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don’t sweat the small stuff—and don’t lose sight of why you’re doing all of this. Planning can be overwhelming, but at the heart of it, it’s about celebrating your love. Keep that front and center, and the rest will feel a lot less stressful.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of my favorite personal touches was when a couple sealed their vows and a fancy bottle of bubbles into a box during the ceremony, planning to open it one day when they needed a reminder of why they fell in love. The sentimental moment took a hilarious turn when they each hammered a nail into the box—and both managed to bend theirs completely. Let’s just say their love is strong... but their hammer skills, not so much!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
My process usually starts with a good chat—sometimes over coffee, sometimes over Zoom, always with lots of laughter and flower talk. I want to hear all about your love story, your wedding vibe, and any Pinterest rabbit holes you’ve gone down.
From there, I’ll create a floral plan that reflects you—whether that’s romantic and wild, bold and modern, or somewhere in between. I’ll send you a custom mood board and proposal (think of it like a flower vision board), and once we’re all feeling the magic, I'll handle the rest.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
Oh there are SO many! If I had to choose, I would say Daisies. Innocence, purity, and new beginnings. Cheerful and fresh—great for a lighthearted wedding feel.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Honestly, I think it really depends on the kind of love you're trying to express — but for me, it would probably be a peony. There's something about how soft and full they are that feels really tender and genuine. They represent romance and deep connection.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
There are several things you can do with flowers after the wedding, preserve them, keep them and re arrange at home, give away to family and friends or I can send them off to be made into confetti.
