Jades Flower Design

We do not recommend Jades Flower Design. Beverley did our flowers for our wedding day. It was agreed, the flowers would be dropped at our houses by a certain time. Due to miscommunication on Jades Flowers side, Flowers were taken to the venue causing the flowers to be taken to the houses 1.5 hours late. This then meant that we had no photos at home with flowers. Realising the flowers were going to be late, we contacted Beverley only to be confronted quite rudely. Also we ordered artificial blossom flowers in a particular colour (bright pink) for 8 vases for our wedding reception. When we turned up on the day, the artificial blossom flowers were in a very light pink which was not what we ordered. The light pink did not go with our other table decorations and the white decorated room that we was in looked very pale and dull. Beverley had numerous opportunities to explain to us that she was unable to get what we had ordered however, didn’t feel the need to tell us. We also ordered magnets for the mums’ buttonholes which wasn’t delivered, aswell as another buttonhole which also wasn’t delivered to the bridal party at home. Due to the lateness of the agreed time for the flower delivery on the day of the wedding, we didn’t have any time for bridesmaids to put the flowers in their hair. During the lead up to the Wedding, we were noticing issues with our quote which was raised to Beverley. We would not recommend this company and wouldn’t want anyone to experience what we experienced on a once in lifetime Wedding Day.

Flowers by Jade did my wedding party flowers (bridal & bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes & cake flowers) and they were beautiful. Being a bride who doesn’t have a great amount of flower knowledge I felt well guided by Beverly. She asked what sort of flowers I like and the sort of wedding we were having, as well as my dress and helped me to create a flower pallet that complimented this. The flowers were better than I could have imagined and completely met with the brief we had created. As well as this everyone we dealt with were confident, professional and warm. I would highly recommend Flowers by Jade not only for their beautiful flower creations but also their friendly and professional manner.

Beverley is so welcoming and made us feel instantly at ease on first meeting her. She went through pictures of flowers we hadn't heard of to show us what we could have in relation to our ideas. She gave us ideas and tips on what might work best for us. We had a very poor budget unfortunately and so had to cut down on floral decorations in the end, which gutted me as I know beverley would have made such stunning arrangements, but the bouquets and buttonholes we had were just out if this world.

Beverly & the team were fantastic, after discussing ideas at our first meeting Beverly was great at advising me on how to make the most of the flowers I wanted and advice/ideas on what would look best in my venue as it had a very high ceiling - my venue looked beautiful, we had many comments from our guests on how stunning our flowers arrangements/decorations were, I would definitely use Jades again if I had an event and would certainly recommend them to others.

Jade's Flowers were absolutely fantastic! All the flowers looked stunning and Beverley really brought my elegant scheme to life. I had so many lovely comments from our guests. I can honestly say that the flowers really made the venue stand out, beautiful!

She really understood what my finance was looking for, and even when my fiancé changed things 2 weeks out, it was no problem!

Meeting with Beverley at Jade's and discussing ideas with her was incredibly natural and I felt comfortable around her. She is nothing but professional and I loved how she put my ideas into action. Her honesty, passion and talent is a credit to her.

I went to Jades flower design with different ideas which I had seen elsewhere which Jades took onboard and offered similar designs for a much more reasonable amount of money which I greatly appreciated seen as we were on a budget.

So friendly and approachable, which really helps when you have no idea what you want at the beginning of the planning process! She has a huge portfolio of pictures to help clients decide what styles or colours they like and the vision builds from there. We particularly liked that they have unique table decorations, as we felt we were getting something special. The new studio is amazing, you can see work that is going on for upcoming weddings, and view the hundreds of decorations she has to offer

Care and service second to none. As an older bride I was very conscious I did not want a very traditional bridal look but something softer and more relaxed. Beverley at Jade flowers understood the brief immediately and helped me realise my dream. The comments from family and friends on the day cemented my view that we had got it right. As I also wanted to include flowers from my garden for table decorations Beverley understood this and managed a balance between home grown and bought flowers.
