What is your most memorable wedding?
A gorgeous festival theme wedding we had the pleasure of working on for a truly lovely couple. The flowers incorporated bright colours, bold accents and seamlessly blended into the couple's special day.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The fact that we contribute to each couples wedding day, helping in our small way to make the day extra special and truly memorable. It's definitely the most rewarding part of being a florist.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Give yourself plenty of time to plan and budget for your big day. There is no such thing as starting to early.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Two brides had lego people specially created as place settings for each guest, with each character being made to look like the person. It was a fab idea.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Initially we would have an online or in person consultation to discuss the couples particular floral requirements, we would then setup an open chat which can be used to share inspo and visuals, as well as document sharing i.e. quotations, etc. Once the couple is happy with their invoice we would take an initial deposit of just £99 to secure their wedding date - with the remaining amount being due 8 weeks before their wedding. We also offer interest free payment plans to help break down large costs.
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
A bright rainbow rose, for a lovely lgbtq+ couple who wanted to represent the community at their wedding as both grooms were activists within the queer community.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
The protea definitely. It's a bold and striking flower that really sets off any wedding bouquet. Plus the Protea symbolises strength, resilience and courage - all the traits needed for a happy and lasting marriage.
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Red Roses - they may seem pretty cliche but there is a reason that the red Rose has stood the test of time as representing romance.
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
The possibilities these days are endless, you could opt to have your wedding flowers professionally preserved and framed. You could dry them out yourself and store them. Some couples choose to gift their wedding flowers to family, with some choosing to place them on memorials after the day as a way of recognising those guests no longer able to attend.
