A lavish affair in the stunning Ardross Castle, the bride said she wanted something no one had ever seen before and gave me a free rain with a huge marquee roof installation, the church flowers were quite impressive too with huge spheres of gypsophila, it was a fun wedding to do.
Im most proud of the feed back i get from couples about the service i provide from the personal touches and attention to detail, since i started my own business in 2005.
Make sure you do your research and chat to your suppliers not just on email if you can so you can get a feel for them, so you can put your trust in them.
Im a sucker for a dog ring bearer wearing a corsage or buttonhole.
From the very first contact it will always be me you speak to, we will have a chat arrange a meeting to go over ideas either on zoom if you're not local or We can have a walk through at the venue, meet in my home where i have my workshop or your home if thats more convenient, i will give you a quote tailored to your budget, once we have confirmed nearer the wedding we will have another run through. on the day I will be there to set up the venue, deliver your bridal flowers and return to do the turn around if required, it will always be me in person at every step.
I made buttonholes inside an empty rifle cartridge, which was quite different.
Not at all, everyone is different and there may be something that has more meaning to an individual , eg i love tulips because for me they even look amazing once they've flopped over and dropped their petals, I can bin them until they've completely gone.
well cliche as it is the rose for me is the most romantic especially when its full and opening with lots of petals.
Theres so many things you can do now to preserve your flowers, again do your research there's loads of companies who will freeze dry your bouquet and put in a frame or make paper weights etc, i also love the idea your bouquet could go to a relative. if you want to keep fresh for as long as possible cut the stems and place in fresh water in a cool place.
