What is your most memorable wedding?
The lovely Mr & Mrs Wilce, we worked with them from Singapore via email for about 12 months prior to their wedding and their idea were fabulous we just had to bring their style to life in the flowers and we did and it was a stunning wedding, which also got featured in the Wedding Flowers Magazine
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
I would say we are country chic as we are always following the floral trends and also being in the brecon beacons we have to have that country feel to hold on to our beautiful town and its surroundings.
What about your business are you most proud of?
It has to be that i took it on at 24 and have built it up to a 3 storey building business in 10 years focusing on making every Bride & Groom getting our utmost attention in our private consultation room.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Be honest about your budget, it makes the process less stressful for you as we can tailor your budget to your requirements.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Handmade backdrop of soft coloured fans at Nat & Dans wedding (you can see it in our uploaded photos)
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We would have an initial consultation to gage your style, colours, themes and personalities, we then design your flowers and send out a quotation stating each individual flower used in each design and if you likes us............YIPEE lets get that deposit and plan the rest of your big day :)
What is the most interesting thing you have put in a bouquet?
More sentimental i think would be picture frames of loved ones that couldn't be with them on the day, such a beautiful touch.
Is there a flower that has specific symbolism that you would recommend for couples?
I would say symbolism i would say if there is a flower that symbolises someone or something to them, and we have in the passed used flowers that are the brides name (only if in the right colour and them)
What is the most romantic flower and why?
Has to be the Red Rose...........word to the wise never be a florist at valentines ;)
What should you do with the flowers after the wedding?
We always advise designs that either the bride can give as gifts to family or guests or designs that they can take home and enjoy after the day.
