Book and confirm your wedding date with your venue before contacting florists and other suppliers, so you have a set date for checking availability with your suppliers.

Describe your typical process with a couple.
1. Initial Consultation
Meeting the Florist: The couple will meet with me to discuss their vision, style,
and preferences. This meeting may be in person, over the phone, or via video
call.
Understanding the Couple's Vision: I will ask questions to understand the
couple's wedding theme, colour palette, venue, and overall aesthetic.
Budget Discussion: The couple and I will discuss the budget to align
expectations and possibilities.
2. Inspiration and Design Planning
Mood Boards and Inspiration: I can create or ask for mood boards, Pinterest
boards, or photos that inspire the couple.
Proposal Creation: I will draft an initial design proposal, including types of
flowers, arrangements, and possible alternatives.
Review and Feedback: The couple reviews the proposal, providing feedback
and requesting adjustments as needed.
3. Venue Visit
On-Site Meeting: If possible, I will visit the venue with the couple to understand
the space, lighting, and layout.
Visualising the Setup: The couple and I will discuss specific areas for floral
arrangements, such as the ceremony space, reception tables, entrance, and
other focal points.
4. Finalising Details
Confirming Choices: The couple finalises their choices of flowers,
arrangements, and additional floral decor (e.g., arches, centrepieces,
bouquets and other floral installations).
Final Proposal and Contract: I will provide a final proposal and contract,
detailing all aspects of the floral design, delivery, setup, and breakdown and
next day clean up and collection services.
5. Pre-Wedding Preparation
Flower Sourcing and Preparation: I will source the chosen flowers, taking care of any
special requests or seasonal adjustments.
Coordination with Other Suppliers: I may coordinate with other suppliers, such as the
wedding planner, caterer, or venue coordinator/manager, to ensure seamless setup.
6. Wedding Day Execution
Delivery and Setup: My team and I will deliver and set up the floral arrangements at
the venue, ensuring everything is in place before the event begins, we deliver at least
two hours before your ceremony time or an agreed time with venue if earlier for
larger installations.
Last-Minute Adjustments: I will make any necessary adjustments on-site to
accommodate any unexpected changes.
7. Post-Wedding Wrap-Up
Breakdown and Cleanup: After the event, my team and I return to the venue to
dismantle and clean up the floral decor.
Feedback and Follow-Up: The couple provides feedback on the service, and I may
follow up to ensure satisfaction and request testimonials or reviews.
8. Keepsakes and Preservation (Optional)
Flower Preservation: Some couples may opt to preserve their bouquet or other floral
arrangements as keepsakes.
Memory Keepsakes: I might offer or recommend services like pressing flowers,
creating shadow boxes, or other memorabilia.

I would have to say I don't just have one flower that I think is the most romantic I have three: Roses as they have always been a sign of romance throughout the ages and have beautiful scents. Peonies they are beautiful in their own ways and are very similar to a garden rose. Orchids are very delicate but have an elegance all of their own.
