It's all about the money....

Contacted Cream and Browns because they seemed really good. The response I received was to pay £100 non-refundable deposit without even wanting to discuss my needs and giving me a rough estimate of cost. All other florists were more than happy to meet up to discuss my needs without asking for a deposit first! They might be good at flowers but I did not feel this is the best way to treat potential customers...
