I cannot recommend Charmaine enough. I was nervous going into the consultation due to being told "no" and being looked at funny for my ideas by a florist before I found C Taylor's Floristry online. I was immediately put at ease and Charmaine understood what I wanted and was excited to do it! When the flowers were delivered I couldn't process how good they were. I had 10 minutes just looking at my boquet in amazement. Then there was the grooms buttonhole! Charmaine took my brooch vision and knocked it out of the park! Everybody loved them. Thank you!

Superb customer service start to finish. We met for a coffee and briefing on the wedding theme and flower ideas, Charmaine delved in and had the best ideas, she took what I wanted and contributed ideas and the flowers on the day were spectacular and we had lots of comments. Highly recommend!

From the minute we first spoke to Charmaine she went above and beyond for us. Nothing was too much for her, she travelled all the way to Bury ST Edmunds to meet us and even waited around at the wedding to help with tealights! Her ideas and creativity are second to none. We loved our centrepieces and the bouquets, they were more beautiful than we could've imagined nut one of our favourite parts was the detail she put into the ceremony room, particularly the ceremony table. Something we'd given little thought to but Charmaine did and it was stunning!! We cannot thank her enough and to top it off she is one of the lovliest and friendliest people we've met!!

Where do I start?! From the day I rang and enquired about ideas for my wedding blessing on 07/07/19 to the day itself, I knew I had made the best decision booking Charmaine. Charmaine went above and beyond to put any idea I had into reality which consisted of phone calls, emails, continuous photos, mock ups and suggestions. Even up to the day before my wedding I was adding and changing a few things. No problem seemed too great or too small. I want to say a massive thank you for completing the best day of my life. With your attention to detail and listening skills, you pulled off everything I asked for and more. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! You are such a lovely person and made my whole experience stress free. Thank you again.

I can't thank Charmaine enough, she was such a big part of our wedding day. From the first meeting till the last. I always looked forward to meeting up and talking about ideas, Charmaine helped me choose the perfect flowers for our venue & on the day it really showed!
