From first contact to your big day you'll deal with me, Andy. The Magic Mirror Co is my business and I will answer all your questions, advise what is best for your needs, and I'll be there on the day! :)
How many weddings have you worked at?
At last count I was just over 2000 weddings and events. I have knowledge of pretty much all the major wedding venues in Somerset, Devon and beyond, and I'm a recommended supplier at a few too!
What is the best way to book?
The best way to book is online through my website. You'll see a calendar on most of the pages, select your date and you'll be able to build your perfect package. You'll also be able to enter all your details, pay the deposit by card and complete your booking! www.themagicmirrorco.com
Do you offer any personalisation?
Absolutely! I love personalising your experience! Here is just a few things I can do:
Print designs, personalised props, personalised guest books, Custom branding on the mirrors and selfie pods. I can even supply personalised backdrops & neons.
Do you travel?
Yes, I am based in the South West but have completed events in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cotswolds and all the way down to St Ives. If you are within 100 miles of my HQ (Wellington, Somerset) you can book online. If you are outside of this contact me first before trying to book!
How long does it take to setup?
I generally arrive about an hour before the start time, but let me know if you need an earlier setup.
How much space do you need?
Ideally around 2.4m x 2.4m, but let me know your venue, I'll likely be able to advise where would be best!
How many people can you fit in a photo?
The selfie pods can get about 4 or 5, the vintage booth up to around 7 or 8, the magic mirror I've had around 15 people!
Do I get digital copies?
Yes, all photos/videos are uploaded to a password protected gallery. I send you the link normally within 24 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have PAT & PLI, and can provide certificates for your venue.
